Omnicom Media is seeking a Director of Resource Operations in New York to drive cross-functional collaboration among the Executive Team, Finance, HR and Talent Acquisition to build and maintain high-performing teams.

The role leads talent strategy, utilization planning, quarterly calibration, internal mobility, and compensation reviews, while aligning with Omnicom’s broader talent platform. A senior leadership position within a fast-evolving media organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in talent operations or a related field.
• Proven experience managing talent at scale in a large organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in talent issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Smartsheets, PowerPoint and Greenhouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in talent strategizing and optimization during annual scoping and new business opportunities.
• Monitor agency talent; balance utilization and shift talent across teams.
• Lead quarterly calibration with leadership to evaluate performance and address gaps.
• Support internal mobility and provide growth opportunities network.
• Lead agency compensation reviews; collaborate on budget and effectiveness.
• Integrate into Omnicom’s talent platform and community.
• Help define and execute Resource Management within the evolving agency environment.
• Partner with business teams to handle sensitive talent issues with confidentiality.
