Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Talent Administrator & Coordinator to join our collaborative team. You will partner with the Recruiting Team to support full life cycle recruitment activities and smooth administration of hiring processes.

Your main duties include coordinating candidate selections, owning pre-employment processing, and assisting with background checks and offer letters, while maintaining compliant files and timely reports.

• Coordinates and schedules candidates for selection activities (assessments, interviews, onsite visits).
• Owns pre-employment processing and ensures proper paperwork completion.
• Prepares offer letters and facilitates background and reference checks.
• Maintains candidate files and documentation for compliance.
• Leads auxiliary postings for internal recruitment and supports open requisitions.
• Prepares reports and coordinates schedules and meetings; tracks activity in the ATS.
