Job summary

The Rockhill Group, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting & Operations Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration across operating sites and contracts in Florida.

You will manage candidate pipelines, pre-employment, and onboarding execution, while handling routine HR processes and maintaining confidential records. Ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting/HR operations, strong MS Office skills, and experience coordinating across multiple managers and locations.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in recruiting, staffing coordination, or HR operations.
• Associate degree in business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organization and communication; able to escalate issues as needed.
• Attention to detail with confidential records.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; strong tracking/reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple managers and locations.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Crosstrain on recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, benefits, timekeeping, and staffing-support processes; maintain procedures and backup coverage.
• Coordinate routine benefits and retirement plan administration, enrollments, changes, and open enrollment support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine employee questions on benefits, onboarding, timekeeping, and processes; escalate when needed.
• Maintain confidential employee and recruiting records; support status changes, offboarding, and payroll system updates.
• Maintain recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and workforce reporting; identify process improvements for staffing readiness.
• Partner with Operations and hiring managers for workforce planning, mobilizations, open positions, and training needs.
• Coordinate full recruiting and onboarding process: postings, ATS, candidate communications, interviews, offers, I-9/E-Verify, training, and readiness.
• Support sourcing efforts and maintain candidate pipelines via approved channels and referrals.
• Review and maintain timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance; coordinate corrections as needed.
• Assist payroll by verifying timekeeping data and coordinating with Finance to submit labor records.
