Executive HR team is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations. This role provides broad exposure to the employee lifecycle and partners with hiring managers to enhance candidate and employee experiences.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, with strong communication and organizational skills and proficiency in HRIS/ATS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and payroll processes.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or progress toward certification.

• Provide administrative and program support across key HR functions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Assist with HR reports and recordkeeping.
