Job summary

Workday is seeking a Talent Acquisition Process Lead to advance how hiring operates across the global organization. You will shape the recruiting operating model, design scalable processes, and partner with leaders to drive impactful improvements.

In this role, you’ll own key TA initiatives, translate strategy into concrete actions, and ensure clear enablement and strong communication across Recruiting, HR, and Technology teams, enabling scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, or talent acquisition operations.
• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering transformative initiatives.
• Experience working within recruiting organizations and understanding the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve core recruiting workflows and standards.
• Lead cross-functional recruiting initiatives from concept to launch.
• Operationalize new capabilities with Recruiting, Operations, and Technology.
• Develop TA communications and align organizations around changes.
• Act as process owner for key areas of the hiring lifecycle.
