• Strong communication and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Proven ability to improve processes and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end background check processes using Sterling/First Advantage platform.
• collaborates with Global Security to assess adverse findings.
• Monitors background check completion against hiring timelines.
• Delivers excellent candidate experience from offer to start date.
• Advises candidates and managers on next steps per policy.
