Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related business field plus 1–3 years HR experience.
• Experience with background check management, onboarding and TA transactions.
• Strong initiative, positive attitude and focus on candidate experience.
• Experience as first point of contact for candidates or customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end background check processes with Sterling/First Advantage.
• Collaborate with Global Security to assess adverse findings per policy.
• Monitor background check completion metrics and hiring timelines.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience with prompt follow-up.
• Advise candidates, employees and managers on Talent processes and procedures.
