CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to support multiple HR functions, drive efficient processes, and enhance candidate experiences.

This role thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and requires quick learning, meticulous attention to detail, and confidentiality. You will work across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations, handling scheduling, system optimization, and candidate communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field with 1-3 years HR experience.
• Experience with calendaring/scheduling and continuous improvement.
• Familiar with modern Talent Operations tools (Workday, DocuSign, Candidate.FYI, ServiceNow).
• Self-starter with initiative, positive attitude, and passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Experience as first line of contact for candidates or customer service role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Team player willing to support others with heavy workloads.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of offer requests using Workday and act as a subject expert for recruiters and candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain prompt communication throughout the candidate life cycle from initial contact to start date.
• Assist in recruitment systems, reporting, analytics, and new hire data collection.
• Create/update candidate profiles in Workday with high data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist with job creation and advertisement processes.
• Collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Operations.
• Provide Tier 1 inquiries via the talent operations ticketing system.
• Guide candidates, new hires, and partners on submission requirements.
• Support other projects as assigned.
