You will help streamline offer processing, onboarding, scheduling, and data integrity while protecting confidential information and delivering a positive candidate experience. This role emphasizes collaboration across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal and Operations, with a focus on process improvement, system optimization, and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field required.
• 1–3 years in Human Resources or similar.
• Experience with scheduling and process improvement.
• First-line contact experience with candidates or customers.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume offer requests using Workday as the main contact.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain timely follow-up and communications throughout lifecycle.
• Assist in recruitment systems, reporting, and new hire documents.
• Create and update candidate profiles with high data integrity.
• Support job creation and advertisement processes.
• Collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Operations, and more.
• Provide Tier 1 support for inquiries via the Talent Operations ticketing system.
• Serve as SME for Talent processes guiding candidates and partners.
• May assist with other projects as assigned.
