CrowdStrike is seeking a Talent Operations professional to support background checks and onboarding for candidates and employees. You will be the primary contact during the process, ensuring privacy, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires quick learning, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive effective talent processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related business field with 1–3 years in HR
• Experience with background check management, onboarding and TA transactions
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential information
• Customer-facing experience supporting candidates or employees
• Ability to drive process improvements and manage projects
• Experience across cultures and fast-paced environments
• Experience with AI to enhance decision-making and workflows

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end background check processes using Sterling/First Advantage
• Collaborates with Global Security to assess adverse findings
• Monitors background check completion metrics to align with hiring timelines
• Ensures excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up
• Advises candidates, employees and managers on required actions
• Exercises judgment within policy to determine next steps
• Coordinates with third-party stakeholders per local employment laws
• Assists with additional projects as needed
• Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone
