CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations professional to manage background checks and onboarding for candidates and employees. You’ll act as a primary contact and ensure a smooth life cycle from offer through start date.

This role requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and handling sensitive information with integrity in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field with 1–3 years HR experience.
• Experience managing background checks and onboarding processes.
• Strong data privacy and confidential information handling.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end background check processes using Sterling/First Advantage.
• Collaborate with Global Security on adverse findings per policy.
• Track completion metrics to align with hiring timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer to start date.
• Advise candidates and managers on appropriate actions and next steps.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine actions.
• Work with third-party stakeholders to comply with local laws.
• May assist with other projects as assigned.
• Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone.
