Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations specialist to manage end-to-end background checks and onboarding, ensuring compliance and a superior candidate experience. You will partner with the Global Security team, track metrics, and advise stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR, strong communication, discretion, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment within US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related business field with 1–3 years in Human Resources
• Experience with background check management, onboarding and TA transactions
• Self-starter with initiative and positive attitude
• First line of contact for candidates or customer service role
• Process improvement, training, communication and project management skills
• Strong communication skills with handling confidential information
• Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal skills
• Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in fast-paced environments
• Integrity in handling confidential information and driving AI-enabled decisions

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end background check processes using Sterling/First Advantage platform with compliance
• Collaborates with Global Security to assess adverse findings per policy and regulations
• Monitors background check completion metrics aligned with hiring timelines
• Ensures excellent candidate experience with prompt follow-up across life cycle from offer to start
• Serves as SME for Talent processes, advising candidates, employees and managers
• Exercising judgment within procedures to determine appropriate actions
• Works with third-party stakeholders to provide information per local employment laws
• May assist with other projects as assigned
• Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone
