Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations contributor to manage background checks, onboarding, and related TA transactions. You will serve as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring compliant processes and a positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate with Global Security, monitor metrics, and advise stakeholders while handling sensitive information with integrity. This remote role supports our US operations and emphasizes cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related business field with 1–3 years HR experience
• Experience with background check management, onboarding and TA transactions
• Ability to deliver excellent candidate experience
• Experience as first point of contact for candidates or customer service role
• Strong communication and discretion with sensitive information
• Attention to detail and strong verbal/written skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Integrity with confidentiality and confidentiality handling

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end background check processes using Sterling/First Advantage
• Collaborates with Global Security to assess adverse findings per policy
• Monitors background check completion metrics to align with hiring timelines
• Ensures excellent candidate experience through prompt communication from offer to start date
• Advises candidates, employees and managers on process steps
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures
• Works with third-party stakeholders to provide information per local law
• May assist with other projects as assigned
• Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zone
