CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations professional to support background checks and onboarding for candidates and employees. You will serve as the primary contact, ensuring a smooth process and strict confidentiality while partnering with Global Security and external vendors.

You’ll monitor metrics, drive process improvements, and help deliver a standout candidate experience across time zones and teams in a fast-paced security tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ HR experience, background check management and onboarding.
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end background check processes using Sterling/First Advantage.
• Collaborate with Global Security to handle adverse findings per policy.
• Track completion metrics to align with hiring timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with proactive communication.
• Advise candidates and managers on Talent processes and actions.
