Job summary

Transformations Care Network seeks a Talent Operations Manager to ensure smooth talent acquisition operations, blending analytics, HR tech, and process improvement. You will oversee the TA Support team, coordinate pre-hire activities, and ensure seamless transitions from offer to onboarding.

Responsibilities include SLA enforcement, SOP maintenance, and automation of workflows with Power Apps and SharePoint, plus vendor management for recruiting tools. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting analytics, or HR tech.
• 2+ years leading recruiting or HR operations teams.
• Expertise with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Proficient with Tableau, Power BI or Google Data Studio.
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder management.
• Experience in multi-site, healthcare, or growth-oriented environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end pre-hire coordination and onboarding.
• Lead TA Support team, enforce SLAs and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update SOPs for operational consistency.
• Act as primary admin for ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Automate workflows using Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Recommend tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to align hiring support.
