Job summary

Knowtion Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead requisition governance, ATS systems, and end-to-end recruiting operations. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and Finance to ensure scalable processes and a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes data integrity, analytics, and contingent workforce management, with remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition operations supporting a high-volume, multi-state workforce.
Experience administering an ATS and producing reports (UKG Ready experience preferred).
Experience coordinating staffing agencies, temporary labor, or contingent workforce processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s preferred.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (UKG Ready preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage approved headcount and open requisitions; verify required approvals and documentation before recruitment activity begins.
Own recurring recruiting dashboards and reporting, including time-to-fill, pipeline metrics, and source effectiveness.
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics for timely, consistent experiences.
Coordinate pre-employment activities including background and reference checks and handoff to HR Ops.
Coordinate contingent workforce administration and maintain relationships with external staffing partners.
