Gulfeagle Supply in Tampa, FL is seeking an HR Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and candidate experience. You will develop job descriptions, advertise openings, coordinate I-9 and e-Verify, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

You will manage onboarding through Dayforce, maintain accurate recruiting records, source diverse candidates, and help strengthen our employment brand.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.
• 3-5 years of exempt HR experience.
• This is an onsite role with confidentiality expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop compliant job descriptions and implement recruitment strategies.
• Provide recruitment counsel to hiring managers using data and best practices.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and manage I-9 and e-Verify processes.
• Maintain documentation to ensure legal compliance with laws and company policies.
• Source qualified candidates using diverse recruiting channels.
• Manage Dayforce onboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain and update the career website and employer branding content.
