Job summary

Southeast Independent Delivery Service is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to source, screen, and manage candidates for onboarding in Lakeland, FL. You will partner with management to streamline the onboarding process and maintain up-to-date recruiting reports for leadership.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with job boards and ATS, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience, moderate Excel skills.
• Ability to use Applicant Tracking Software.
• Interview and staffing experience preferred.
• Excellent Organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Job boards and Applicant tracking system to source and manage candidates.
• Conduct screening calls to verify candidates are qualified and interested in job posting.
• Enter notes for all status changes into ATS and track onboarding process.
• Work with all levels of management to ensure onboarding process runs smoothly.
• Continuously update recruiting reports utilized by executive leadership.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
