Job summary

Westcor Global Inc. in Maitland, FL is seeking a Talent & Onboarding Partner to manage recruitment and onboarding, ensuring quality talent reflects the company values. The role supports interns, contractors, and temporary workers and provides HR administrative support.

You will coordinate requisitions, postings, interviews, and new-hire processes, while leveraging analytics to improve recruiting strategies and collaborate with management to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR-related experience or applicable training
• Experience with corporate/in-house recruiting
• Proficient with HRIS and recruitment software

Responsibilities

• Administer requisition process and collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and selection criteria.
• Create postings in UKG HRIS for vacancies and apply effective recruiting strategies.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews; provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Develop external sourcing strategies via networking and recruitment platforms.
• Advise managers on interviewing best practices and candidate fit.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
• Handle new hire documents and onboarding processes.
• Provide candidate assessments and background screenings.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report to leadership.
• Support personnel changes and maintain HRIS data integrity.
• Maintain employee files and audits; coordinate contractor/temporary processes.
• Create programs to foster positive culture and employee engagement.
• Organize company events and onboarding activities.
