Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a Talent Acquisition Navigator to provide exceptional onboarding experiences for new hires and internal transfers. You will manage background checks, pre-employment screenings, I-9 documents, and onboarding paperwork while supporting recruiters on the Talent Acquisition team.

You will serve as a resource for new hires, handling orientation materials and cross-boarding activities, and may assist with job postings and candidate reviews as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of business office admin or HR experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Outlook; ability to learn HRIS/ERP; Workday experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the background check process.
• Verify pre-employment screenings are scheduled.
• Manage internal transfer cross-boarding events.
• Collect CPR cards and licensure for new hires.
• Prepare I-9 documents.
• Facilitate new hire paperwork.
• Source candidates and assist with job fairs.
• Review applications as needed.
