Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3 years’ business office administration or HR experience.
• Microsoft Office/Outlook and ability to learn HRIS/ERP systems.
• Workday system experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the background check process.
• Verify pre-employment screenings are scheduled.
• Manage internal transfer cross-boarding events.
• Collect CPR cards and necessary licensure.
• Prepare I-9 documents.
• Facilitate new hire paperwork.
• Source candidates and assist with job fairs.
• Review applications as needed.
