Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a Talent Acquisition Navigator to ensure a positive experience for new hires and internal transfers while guiding onboarding for TA recruiters. The role includes coordinating background checks, screenings, I-9s, and new-hire paperwork, plus supporting orientation.

The position requires a high school diploma, with an associate degree preferred, and 3+ years in HR or business-office roles. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required; associate degree preferred.
• Three years’ business office administration or HR experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook; ability to learn HRIS/ERP systems and Workday is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, telephone and communication skills; ability to deliver customer service to candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee background check process and ensure pre-employment screenings are scheduled.
• Manage internal transfer cross-boarding events and onboarding paperwork.
• Coordinate CPR cards, licensure, I-9 documentation, and new-hire materials.
• Assist with job fairs, review applications as needed, and respond to onboarding questions.
• Serve as a resource to new hires and internal transfers, supporting orientation.
