Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Talent Management professional to support the execution of talent strategies, participate in development programs, and engage stakeholders for customized solutions. This role helps drive inclusion initiatives and talent-related communications.

The successful candidate will manage talent management projects, coordinate leadership development and high-potential programs, and facilitate adoption of talent management technologies to improve processes and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational development.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operational execution of talent management strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in the delivery of leadership development programs based on organizational needs and talent gaps.
• Participate in the design and delivery of leadership development and high-potential programs.
• Facilitate the adoption of talent management technology to improve processes and user experience.
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver customized talent management solutions and interventions.
• Support the execution of talent-related communication strategies to ensure clear messaging and engagement.
• Assist with the management of talent management projects, ensuring alignment with strategic HR priorities.
• Facilitate the nomination and selection process for internal and external talent development programs.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
