Responsibilities

• Contributing to the operational execution of talent management strategies and initiatives
• Assisting in the delivery of talent development programs based on organizational needs and talent gaps
• Participating in the design and delivery of leadership development and high-potential programs
• Facilitating the adoption of talent management technology to improve processes and user experience
• Engaging with stakeholders to deliver customized talent management solutions and interventions
• Supporting the execution of talent-related communication strategies to ensure clear messaging and engagement
• Assisting with the management of talent management projects, ensuring alignment with strategic HR priorities
• Facilitating the nomination and selection process for internal and external talent development programs
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
