• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to integrate best practices in talent management and leadership development.
• Manage design and execution of strategic talent management projects, aligning with business objectives.
• Drive creation and implementation of inclusion initiatives within the talent management framework.
• Lead the design of early career talent programs and community engagement efforts to build a talent pipeline.
• Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Attend reliably; may require nights/weekends and variable schedules.
