Zoom Communications, Inc. seeks a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of its performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems—connecting tools, processes, and learning experiences across the talent cycle.

The role spans program architecture and content design, with AI at the center of measurement, iteration, and scalable impact in a fast-moving, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or related HR discipline.
• Hands-on learning design and enablement content development.
• Ability to build programs from scratch with cross-functional alignment.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance effectiveness and scale personalized experiences.
• Strong product-owner mindset with measured adoption and impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom’s performance management strategy and philosophy, building a clear, consistent approach that drives accountability, growth, and business alignment.
• Build and implement scalable processes for managing performance across the organization, anchored by quarterly check-ins and encompassing goal setting, evaluation, feedback, coaching, and rewards integration.
• Design and deploy scalable talent planning and succession processes, including talent reviews, high-potential ID, leadership pipeline development, and data-enabled decisions.
• Define the performance technology roadmap, evaluating, implementing, and optimizing the systems and tools underpinning the talent cycle.
• Develop toolkits, guides, and learning experiences for each process, tied to skills taxonomy and usage data for manager enablement.
• Establish baselines and success metrics connecting performance, learning, and talent signals to drive data-driven recommendations to leaders.
