Job summary

You’ll lead a growing team of Talent Management Partners, partnering with HRBPs to translate talent data into actionable insights and drive retention of critical talent. The role emphasizes strategic advisory coupled with hands-on execution, aiming to scale talent practices across North America while maintaining high standards of leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, or business-related field.
• 8+ years in HR with focus on talent management/OD or related.
• Experience designing and facilitating talent reviews and succession.
• Ability to influence senior HR partners on strategy.
• Experience leading HR teams and driving accountability.
• Strong data analytics translating to strategic recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and HiPo development with HRBPs.
• Drive talent strategy and critical role planning for client groups.
• Develop retention and mobility initiatives; monitor outcomes.
• Design targeted development programs with Learning & Development.
• Produce reports on bench strength and pipeline health.
