Job summary

Aderant North America, Inc. is seeking an HR-focused talent management professional to run the annual talent cycle, calibrate performance ratings, and support leaders across a global workforce. You will manage succession planning, maintain data, and partner with analytics to drive improvements.

You will work with People Business Partners to support performance processes, develop leadership content, and lead change for new talent programs while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in Talent Management or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Knowledge of performance management, calibration and succession planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder skills.
• Experience with Workday or similar HCM platforms; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run annual talent cycle: goal setting, evaluations, calibration, and timelines.
• Support managers and People Business Partners with performance management year-round.
• Lead succession planning and talent reviews, including 9-box discussions.
• Maintain talent data and dashboards; analyze trends and gaps.
• Collaborate with L&OD to connect talent data to development programs.
