Paylocity, an award-winning cloud HR and payroll software provider, seeks an HR Consultant I to evaluate client needs and configure our HR applications to match them. This on-site role focuses on onboarding, data conversion, performance management, and coordinating use of our self-service portal at Meridian, ID.

You will lead introductory and alignment calls, guide implementation timelines, support day-to-day HR solution tasks, and coordinate across Paylocity departments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Prior customer service or client-facing experience preferred.
• Willingness to perform a full range of tasks under supervision.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with HR product implementations during onboarding and integration.
• Provide industry-leading customer service.
• Conduct introductory calls to verify contracted HR products and timelines.
• Conduct alignment calls to collect HR data and requirements.
• Support day-to-day HR solution tasks during implementation.
• Research and guidance on interpretation of HR policies.
• Coordinate between client and Paylocity departments to ensure full tool utilization.
• Travel up to 5% may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
