Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant I for its Meridian, ID office. This 100% in-office role requires working five days a week on-site to configure solutions for small business clients, perform needs analyses, data conversions, and ensure successful transitions to our Client Services team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer service or client-facing role.
• 1+ years of HCM implementation experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, candidates with an associate degree and relevant experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with at least five years of experience in HCM, will also be considered.
• Client-centric approach with strong interpersonal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adopt new software; Excel skills emphasized.
• Resourceful, solution-focused with project management capability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as our client's trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the implementation process.
• Provide a smooth transition and post-implementation support as needed, including system maintenance and issue resolution.
• Assist clients in data migration, data mapping, and data validation for accurate integration into the HCM software.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for HR, payroll, time, and labor.
• Review configuration to ensure software aligns with client needs for optimal utilization.
• Coordinate with sales, product SMEs and project managers to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, escalating critical concerns as necessary.
