Job summary

Paylocity, a leader in cloud-based HR and payroll software, seeks a Managed Implementation Consultant to support client implementations with data migration, validation, and test payroll execution. This is a 100% in-office role at Meridian, ID.

Collaborate with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation and Managed Services to ensure projects go live on schedule, onboard client data, and identify opportunities for additional MIS services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a customer service or customer interfacing role.
• 2+ years in HCM consultation or benefits/payroll/HR.
• Prior Paylocity system knowledge required.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Paylocity tools and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational, time management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client implementations focused on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for additional Managed Implementation Services (MIS) based on client needs.
• Drive projects to completion, ensuring go-live dates are met.
• Play a key role in onboarding client data during the implementation process.
