Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant I for our Meridian, ID office. This 100% in-office role requires hands-on configuration of solutions, detailed needs analysis, and data conversion validation to improve efficiency and reporting.

You will guide clients through the implementation lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful transitions to Client Services. A strong customer-focused mindset and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer service or client-facing role.
• 1+ years of HCM implementation experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; alternatives listed.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with data migration and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client's trusted advisor throughout the implementation.
• Provide smooth transition and post-implementation support.
• Assist clients in data migration, mapping, and validation.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements for HCM.
• Review configuration to align with client needs and utilization.
• Work with sales, product SMEs, and project managers to deliver implementations.
• Troubleshoot and escalate implementation issues as needed.
