Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an HR Consultant I to evaluate client needs and configure our HR applications, including performance management, onboarding, and self-service tools. You will drive implementation through effective project management and HR guidance.

This 100% in-office role is based at our Meridian, ID location with no remote option. You will collaborate across Paylocity teams and may travel up to 5% to support client success during deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
• Willingness to perform a full range of tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with simple setups strategically integrate the full suite of HR products and solutions within our Paylocity application through effective project management and a consultative HR approach.
• Provide industry leading customer service.
• Conduct an introduction call to verify contracted HR products and craft a timeline for implementation.
• Coordinate internally between the client and multiple Paylocity departments to ensure clients have tools needed to use our HR products.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
