Job summary

Paylocity, an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions, is seeking an HR Consultant I for its Meridian, ID office. This 100% in-office role requires coordinating HR data, configuring HR apps, and guiding clients through onboarding and performance management solutions.

The position emphasizes strong communication, confidentiality handling, and cross-functional collaboration with Paylocity departments to maximize product use. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
• SHRM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with simple setups and integrate HR products within the Paylocity application.
• Provide industry leading customer service.
• Conduct introduction calls to verify products and draft implementation timelines.
• Coordinate with clients to gather HR data and configuration requirements.
• Assist in day-to-day HR solution support during implementation.
• Research and advise on interpretation of HR policies.
• Coordinate internally to ensure clients have tools to use HR products fully.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
