Job summary

Entrata in Lehi, Utah seeks a Talent Coordinator to support interview scheduling, candidate sourcing, and ad-hoc Recruiting tasks. You’ll partner with full-cycle recruiters and hiring managers to optimize workflows and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in recruiting or coordination, strong Google Workspace and Slack skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with integrity and strong communication. Hybrid remote options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in recruiting or scheduling in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in SaaS or tech industries beneficial.
• Experience with ATS and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Greet candidates and manage on-site and virtual interview logistics with a high-touch experience.
• Coordinate multiple priorities and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
• Own the Entrata interview experience and help candidates navigate the process.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding to ensure a seamless journey.
• Arrange travel bookings and schedule-related logistics as needed.
• Review resumes and learn to evaluate candidates efficiently.
• Reach out to passive candidates on LinkedIn to build a strong pipeline.
• Use data to inform recruiting strategies and improve processes.
• Support recruiting events and campus/internal meetings with logistics.
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues as they arise.
