Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Experience managing multiple open positions concurrently.
• Strong screening and interviewing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from sourcing through offer.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and motivation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and data in the ATS.
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing, candidate flow, and efficiency.
