Podium, a leader in AI-powered local business solutions, seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to own logistics and candidate experience for onsite interviews at our Lehi HQ. You will drive urgency in the recruiting process and partner with the HR team to keep the interview timeline tight and candidates informed.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in recruiting/office coordination or administrative support, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a start-up environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience in a professional environment, ideally in recruiting/office coordinating experience, and/or administrative support
• Passion around driving urgency in our recruiting process to hire the best global talent
• A positive outlook and willing to take on any task to drive impact
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Take ownership and initiative within the tasks that have been assigned to you
• Ability to work effectively and independently

Aufgaben

• Support the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers
• Work with candidates to schedule interviews
• Provide an exceptional experience for candidates -- hosting all onsite interviews (when necessary) -- as well as communicating with the candidates and answering questions
• Keep candidates continually informed throughout the hiring process
• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
• Support HR Operations with administrative tasks, including HRIS data entry, answering general employee questions, and maintaining personnel files
