Qualifications

Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive HR or closely related business experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the Talent Enablement function and set strategic direction across geographic boundaries.
Establish operating rhythms, accountability, and measures for TEL team performance.
Translate business needs into integrated talent actions and talent experiences across GTM CoEs.
Oversee executive talent experiences including succession planning and executive recruiting.
Act as a strategic partner to HR leadership and OTPs to drive integrated talent strategies.
