Merck & Co. is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner for Corporate Functions and the Bridgewater, NJ site. You will align people strategies with business goals, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive talent outcomes.

The role focuses on workforce analytics, employee engagement, and leadership development. You will collaborate with leaders on organizational strategy, change management, and talent planning, while partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to scale

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including strategic HR or HRBP roles.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Proven organizational design, workforce planning, and change management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive performance.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent risks.
• Use workforce analytics to identify trends and influence decisions with data-driven insights.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

• Foster an inclusive culture and manage organizational change initiatives.
• Proactively manage employee relations and compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to scale HR programs across the organization.
