Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a seasoned HR leader to establish and evolve the Talent Enablement Lead function, partnering with HR leadership to craft comprehensive talent strategies and realize talent solutions across the enterprise.

The Executive Director, Talent Enablement will oversee a TEL team, instill disciplined operating rhythms, and ensure effective collaboration and outcomes in support of enterprise and divisional talent plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve (12) years of progressive HR or related experience.
• Experience setting strategic direction and driving results in global environments.
• Ability to influence at all organization levels through collaboration.
• Broad experience in workforce planning, organization design and development.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Enablement function across divisional and geographic boundaries.
• Define and execute integrated talent strategies with HR leadership teams.
• Oversee executive talent experiences including succession and recruiting.
• Align TEL activities with GTM COEs and HR roadmap.
• Drive data-based insights to improve talent outcomes and product design.
