Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director, Talent Enablement to lead strategic talent initiatives across a global biopharma organization. You will report to the Chief Talent Strategy Officer, guiding a team of leads and shaping operational practices to elevate end-to-end talent experiences.

The role emphasizes succession planning, executive recruiting, and leadership development within a matrixed, science-driven environment. Hybrid work and ~10% travel are expected commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience in global settings.
• Expertise in strategic workforce planning and talent management tools.
• Experience supporting science-driven organizations such as pharma or life sciences.

Requirements

Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience in complex, global settings, with expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent management tools, and supporting science-driven organizations such as pharma or life sciences.

Preferred

Experience supporting pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, or commercial functions; strong influencing, analytics, change management, and leadership skills.
