Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive HR or closely related business experience.
• Experience establishing strategic direction and plan to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
• Ability to negotiate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and people leadership for the TEL function across boundaries.
• Implement efficient practices and establish accountability for team performance.
• Represent TEL perspectives in HR forums and drive integrated talent strategies.
• Activate end-to-end pull-through of executive and critical talent experiences across GTM products.
