Job summary
Merck is seeking an Executive Director, Organization & Talent Partner for its R&D HR division to craft long-term organization and workforce strategies that align with enterprise priorities. The role leads a team of OTP Partners and partners with COEs, ETHR, and HR Solutions to execute across global divisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related discipline required.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive HR or closely related business experience in a complex, global environment.
- Demonstrated experience advising and coaching senior executives and leadership teams.
- Broad experience in strategic workforce planning, organization capability planning, organization design and development, talent and succession.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into the long-term organization and talent agenda.
- Lead organization capability planning to ensure structures and capabilities meet future needs.
