Job summary

Merck seeks an Enterprise Team HR (ETHR) Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives for the Wilmington Biotech site. You will coach the site leadership, drive Talent and Diversity strategies, and guide organizational design and workforce planning with COE collaboration.

You will collaborate across HR networks to resolve issues, lead critical HR initiatives, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture at a state-of-the-art facility opening in the coming years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field; eight years of progressive HR experience.
• Ability to influence, consult with and coach leaders and managers.
• Experience leveraging data analytics and HR systems to provide insights to leadership.
• Experience in organization development, change management and workforce planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic HR agenda for Wilmington Biotech site.
• Provide strategic HR and executive coaching to the site lead.
• Drive talent and diversity strategy in partnership with COE leaders.
• Support talent management, organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead restructurings when necessary and manage organizational changes.
• Coach senior leadership teams on cyclical people processes and performance.
