• Excellent project and program management skills with successful HR initiative delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Manage strategic talent enablement programs including development, succession, performance, retention and engagement initiatives.
• Lead learning and development efforts, identify needs, design and implement programs.
• Demonstrate strong project and program management to drive HR initiatives from concept to execution.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and report to stakeholders.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations for internal HR leadership and executives.
• Oversee relationships with external consultants and vendors to ensure quality outcomes.
• Ensure HR practices comply with regulatory requirements and are well documented.
