This role will play a critical part in shaping talent strategies across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. You'll lead key talent initiatives focused on development, succession planning, performance management, retention, and employee engagement, while also partnering with leadership on broader HR and organizational challenges.

The position combines strategic talent management, learning and development, workforce planning, employee relations, HR analytics, and project leadership. You'll have the opportunity to influence business outcomes by developing programs that strengthen organizational capability and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Leading enterprise talent management initiatives, including talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention, and engagement programs.
  • Driving learning and development strategies to enhance workforce capability and organizational effectiveness.
  • Managing complex HR projects and programs from design through implementation, partnering with stakeholders across the business.
  • Leveraging HR analytics, metrics, and reporting to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and reports to HR leadership and senior executives.
  • Managing relationships with external consultants and vendors to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ensuring HR programs and processes remain aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Supporting diversity, inclusion, employee wellbeing, and culture-building initiatives across the organization.
  • Partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy matters.

We're looking for someone with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to both talent management and HR business partnering/generalist responsibilities within the financial services or banking industry. Experience within a regional bank environment would be highly advantageous.
