Five Star Bank is seeking a Talent Management Partner to strategically contribute to HR by leading talent management and leadership development initiatives. You will manage performance cycles, IDPs, and learning programs across the enterprise, leveraging Docebo and analytics to drive a high-performance culture.

You will collaborate with leaders to design career paths, deliver e‑Learning modules, and coach executives on management practices while ensuring regulatory training and tuition

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience including organizational development, learning and development, and/or leadership development.
• Experience within financial services or regulated industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business line leaders on career pathing and IDPs.
• Manage administration and tracking of annual objectives, performance reviews, and 9-box assessments.
• Administer courses and report on enterprise learning initiatives using Docebo LMS.
• Create job aids and training materials to support learning programs.
• Develop engaging e-Learning modules aligned with ADDIE/SAM and adult learning theory.
• Oversee enterprise regulatory training administration and reporting.
• Deliver presentations on leadership competencies and soft skills.
• Oversee Tuition Reimbursement program records and processes.
• Create learning paths with business leaders to build capabilities.
• Analyze surveys and LMS data to assess program effectiveness.
• Coordinate internal communications for talent initiatives.
• Act as change agent for enterprise-wide change management.
• Foster relationships across the enterprise to demonstrate HR ROI.
