Job summary

National Exchange Bank & Trust is seeking a Talent Development Officer to lead leadership and talent development efforts, partnering with HR and senior management. The role designs and delivers development programs, analyzes training needs, and coordinates employee engagement initiatives within a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR specializing in talent management and engagement, with HRIS experience (ADP preferred) and a certification (PHR) as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Leadership or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience including talent management and employee engagement.
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP preferred.
• Benefits administration experience preferred.
• Professional HR certification (PHR or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent and leadership development in partnership with HR leadership.
• Analyze training needs and develop employee development strategies.
• Administer employee engagement surveys and report results to leadership.
• Support succession management, performance management, and onboarding enhancements.
• Coach managers on performance and employee relations issues.
• Assist with LMS administration and job shadow programs.
• Prepare HR metrics reports and contribute to policy updates.
