Job summary

Cemex USA is seeking recent graduates for our Talent Development Program (TDP), a 12-month, hands-on experience designed to rotate through Ready‑Mix operations. You’ll gain exposure to Safety, Plant Management & Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control, Project Coordination, Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental and Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Educational foundation: a recent bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Science/Management, Business Admin/Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Academic performance: GPA 2.5+; preference for 3.0+.
• Leadership, proactive learning and problem-solving.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Technical proficiency via internships/co-ops/university projects.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Safety Excellence: participate in safety protocols and uphold safety standards across operations.
• Rotational Learning: rotate through facets of Ready‑Mix operations including Safety, Plant Management & Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control & Project Coordination, Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental, and HR.
• Skill Development: gain technical and transferable soft skills through hands-on work, training sessions and mentorship.
• Networking: build a network across Cemex with peers, mentors, and leaders.
