Job summary

Chubb Benefits seeks a Talent Development Business Partner to lead learning initiatives that strengthen employee capability and growth. You will partner with managers, HR, and other stakeholders to design, deliver, and improve learning solutions across a matrixed organization.

This role requires expertise in talent development, learning design, program implementation, and strong communication. You will manage projects in an agile environment, deliver virtual programs via WebEx, and use Excel and

Qualifications

• Develop and implement talent development programs.
• Create an engaging environment that supports growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to design online and blended learning.
• Serve as content and program owner for learning initiatives.
• Develop content independently or with Instructional Design and vendors.
• Coordinate with the LMS to build curricula and workshops.
• Schedule, deliver, and update training materials.
• Analyze learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks in agile environments.
• Build relationships across levels and functions.
• Communicate clearly through writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual programs via platforms such as WebEx.
• Update materials, gather SME feedback, and monitor usage.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Lead talent and learning initiatives aligned to business priorities.
• Some travel may be required, up to 25%.
